Vessels of light- Observations of Free Healing 20/5/12

This months Free Healing was timed to coincide with May’s eclipse. The intention was to connect and strengthens the alignment within to planetary shifts supporting you in this time of change.

 

The healing focused on releasing very dense heavy energy/feeling of living your life in waiting.

 

Released was the following you may have experienced some or all of these over your life time.

  • Concealing your pain and struggle.
  • Mentally struggling to conceal how hard it has been.
  • Feelings of grief.
  • Feeling very tired and flat.
  • Feeling you needed to hold it all together.
  • Feeling stuck, going nowhere and life feeling it’s on repeat.

Areas of the body that released blockages

  • The abdomen, hips, tightness in the heart, physical exhaustion, and mental fatigue and head aches.

After releasing there was an in pouring

  • Feeling excited with the new possibilities in life.
  • Feeling strength in the heart.
  • Opening up as a vessel of never ending light.
  • Breathing deeply.
  • Breathing in freedom with every breath.
  • Feeling of deep peace within.

Please drink water after having read this healing as shifting within occurs while reading. I have found this healing to be very strong so you may feel a little light headed for 24 hours. Please rest, drink water and eat grounding foods.
